Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in executing 360° digital marketing campaigns in an agency environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing tasks across SEO, lead generation, creative designing, content editing, and marketing documentation. Key Responsibilities: 🔍 SEO & Website Optimization Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console Assist in technical SEO audits and performance reporting 🎯 Lead Generation & Campaign Management Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Create and optimize landing pages and CTAs to maximize conversions Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights 🎨 Design & Editing Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging graphics, banners, social posts, and ad creatives using Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. Edit videos and reels for social campaigns and ads Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets 📝 Content & Documentation Draft marketing emails, campaign reports, and case study documents Create SOPs, strategy decks, and presentations for internal/external use Maintain structured documentation of campaigns, designs, and client briefs 1+ year of agency-level experience in digital marketing roles Proficient in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Ads platforms (Google, Meta), and analytics tools Working knowledge of design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects) Strong communication skills and ability to multitask Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and a quick learner What We Offer: Opportunity to work on diverse digital campaigns across industries A fast-paced, creative, and collaborative work environment Skill development through mentorship and training programs Performance-based growth opportunities To Apply: Send your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to amrita.gupta@bibs.co.in Subject Line: Application – Junior Digital Marketing Expert
