Job Description: Website Developer & Automation Engineer (Equity Sharing Basis - Remote) Company Overview: We are a startup focused on two innovative solutions: Solar Fintech/Coin: A platform offering microshares of solar panels to users. For example, if a solar panel costs ₹20,000, users can buy microshares at ₹100 each. Once ₹20,000 is collected, the panel is offered to corporate clients, helping them transition to solar energy in an affordable, community-driven manner. Automation Technology: Developing a machine that moves vertically and horizontally across multiple axes. This machine will automate various processes such as handling, logistics, and other technical tasks. We are looking for website developers and automation engineers who are passionate about innovative technologies and are willing to work on an equity-sharing basis remotely. Position 1: Website Developer Responsibilities: Platform Development: Develop a responsive, scalable web platform for Solar Fintech/Coin where users can purchase microshares, track their investments, and monitor solar panel deployment to corporates. User Interface Design: Create an intuitive user interface that offers easy navigation for users to view panel costs, transactions, and energy savings. Backend Development: Build a secure and efficient backend to handle user transactions, wallet management, real-time fund tracking, and data integration. Payment Gateway Integration: Enable secure online payment systems for microshare purchases. Real-Time Analytics: Implement data dashboards for users to track solar panel purchases and corporate partnerships. Smart Contracts (optional): Implement blockchain-based smart contracts to manage microshare ownership and distribution of benefits to shareholders. Skills Required: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Experience with payment gateway integration and secure transaction systems. Knowledge of blockchain technology or smart contracts is a plus. Familiarity with database management and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles. Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in website development, preferably in fintech or energy sectors. Experience with crowdfunding platforms or financial management systems is an advantage. Position 2: Automation Engineer Responsibilities: Machine Design: Design and develop a machine capable of vertical and horizontal movement across multiple axes, intended for automating processes like logistics handling and solar panel installation. Prototype Development: Build prototypes of the machine with precise controls for vertical (up/down) and horizontal (front/back) movement. System Integration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate sensors, robotics arms, and automation systems into the machine. Control System Design: Develop control systems for the machine to manage real-time movement and responsiveness. Automation Optimization: Work on improving machine efficiency, speed, and reliability while minimizing energy consumption. Testing and Debugging: Test the machine in various operational environments and fine-tune its performance based on feedback. Skills Required: Proficiency in mechanical engineering, robotics, or mechatronics. Experience in designing automation systems or multi-axis machines. Knowledge of control systems and motion planning. Expertise in CAD software and automation tools like PLC programming, CNC systems, etc. Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in automation or robotics engineering. Experience in machine prototyping or automation integration for manufacturing processes. Familiarity with sensors, motors, and other mechanical components.
