As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers over the phone. You will engage with potential clients. understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of products or services offered by the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented approach to achieve sales targets. Job Responsibility - Prospect and generate leads: • Conduct outbound /inbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold calling lists. • Research and identify potential sales opportunities through various sources. • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant Information. • Sales Pitch and Product service Promotion Engage with prospects over the phone and deliver compelling sales pitches. • Present product or service features and benefits to potential customers. • Handle objections, address concerns. and highlight unique selling points. • Relationship Building and Customer Management Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers. • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture and convert them into sales. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services. • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. CRM And Data Management • Update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipeline, and customer information. • Generate reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics.
