Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru to identify and engage with potential clients. - Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client requirements are met. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online business development, specifically within the design and development industry. - Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and sales strategies. - Experienced with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru. - Strong understanding of the design and development market and its dynamics. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. - Willingness to work on-site at our office location.
