Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand's values and goals. Execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) by creating engaging content, including images, videos, and stories. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and adjust strategies for optimal results. Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and relevant content that highlights our products, artisans, and commitment to sustainability. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
