Need freelancer interns for HR Recruitment who should be with us for a minimum internship period of 90 days or more (extendable in case of low attendance, willingness to work more etc.) in order to get valid certification of internship. During the tenure, they would not be paid any fixed stipend, however since they will be doing recruitment hence they will be eligible for percentage based commission on each successful hiring - i.e. sourcing, selection, joining and retention of 3 months. They may opt to work from office in Sector-65 Noida or prefer to work from home or any remote location, however their working hours shall be 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a WFH day for all employees and interns). All expenses to be borne by them.
Candidate shall be screened for their communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
